I get a lot of massages and this was one of the most relaxing. Great mix of lavender and jasmine oil to create a heavenly scent. Relaxing, clean room. Staff spoke English and were super nice. Would recommend 100%.

Words cannot begin to express the gratitude I have for Sabai Thai Massage and the wonderful attendant (I do not know her name) who treated me. I have suffered chronic back pain for a long time. I typically visit with a physiotherapist a massage therapist and a chiropractor on a weekly basis. After just one shiatsu treatment at Sabai 90% of my pain was relieved. About a half hour after leaving the treatment having realized the success, I started to cry tears of joy. It’s been two weeks since the treatment and the chronic pain has still not returned. I’m just back from a week in portugal and happened upon this place on one of my rambles. I went three times . I have never gotten such a strong massage in my life . The amazing thing was I have suffered with neck pain in one side for four years and the massage lady located the exact spot immediately .i will return when I’m back and recommend the professionalism and friendliness . This is basically the only REAL thai massage you will find in the algarve.. Been living here for 4 years now and i tried a lot of them, including some expensive spas. Yupin is the only person in the region who knows what a traditional thai massage is. And i have lived in thailand for a 1 year, having massages

What types of massage do you offer?

We offer a wide variety — from relaxing Swedish and soothing aromatherapy, to deep tissue, foot reflexology, Thai massage, and hot stone treatments. Whether you want to unwind or target deep muscle knots, we have the perfect option for you.

Do I need to book in advance or can I walk in?

We recommend booking in advance to secure your spot, as walk-ins sometimes find us busy with another client. Just call or WhatsApp us, and we’ll arrange the best time for you.

Can I talk during the massage?

Of course! You’re free to chat or enjoy the silence — it’s completely up to you. Our therapists don’t speak fluent English but will always do their best to understand your needs. If you want any adjustments, just let us know.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash is preferred, but we also accept card, Revolut, bank transfer, and MB Way.

Who provides the Massages?

All our massages are provided by skilled female therapists, fully certified in Thailand and experienced in a wide range of techniques.

Can children or teenagers have massages?

Yes, of course they can. We adapt the pressure and style to suit their comfort and needs.

Can you focus on specific areas?

Yes — simply let us know at reception before your massage, and also tell your therapist in the room which areas you’d like to focus on.

How long should my massage session be?

It depends on your needs — 30 minutes is great for a quick refresh, 60 minutes offers full-body relaxation, and 90 minutes or more lets you enjoy a truly immersive experience.

Do you offer Couples Massages?

Yes — we have a cosy couples room where you can enjoy your massage side by side. Choose from a variety of treatments to share a relaxing and unforgettable experience together.

Do you have treatments for injuries or chronic pain?

We’re not doctors, but our therapeutic massages can help ease muscle tension, improve circulation, and provide relief from certain aches and pains. For serious injuries or medical conditions, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider first.
